Program Director, HOPE-Child and Family Counseling

Grace VargheseGrace is the Program Director at HOPE-Child and Family Counseling. Grace provides oversight for the delivery of mental health services at HOPE.  She strives to deliver high-quality services and achieve organizational objectives.  She is also skilled in risk management and process optimization. She is intentional about fostering collaborative partnerships both internally and externally.

She also has extensive experience as a mental health clinician. She has experience working with individuals, families, schools, and communities to effect change through skill-building and creating programs to strengthen areas of need. She is passionate about helping her clients overcome barriers and move toward lives that are driven by purpose and grounded in their values.

Grace is dedicated to discovering and implementing solutions that address socioeconomic barriers that often impede access to quality care, aiming to promote hope, empowerment, and resilience for individuals, families, and their communities. As such, she is eager to embark on the Baumhart Scholars MBA Program to refine her skills and advance her efforts in creating impactful change.

She holds an MS in Clinical Counseling, a Professional Educator’s Endorsement in School Counseling, her license in Clinical Professional Counseling from the state of Illinois, her license in Professional Counseling from the state of Wisconsin, and a registration in Play Therapy.
