Susan Plattner
System Manager of DEI, Endeavor Health
Susan Plattner serves as the System Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Endeavor Health. She leads DE&I advisory and employee resource groups, designs and delivers DE&I learning experiences, manages workforce development programs, and consults on DE&I related employee relations. She leads the ASPIRE Evanston workforce development program, a collaboration between Endeavor Health, the City of Evanston, and other workforce development community partners with the goal of introducing under resourced community members to career pathways in healthcare through job shadowing, internships, scholarships, and career awareness events.
Prior to her current role, Susan managed the Learning & Development team at NorthShore University HealthSystem for several years. She led a team of Learning Consultants focused on leadership development, professional development, employee engagement, and DEI programs.
Susan received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
