New Campus Space Usage Policy

Reservation Set Up Time

If you are hosting an event that will require setup in a large MPR-style space, please be sure to allocate an appropriate amount of setup and takedown time. The amount of time that is necessary varies from space to space, but the setup crew requires between one and two hours each for most MPR-style rooms. You can view more information about possible sets and mandatory setup time in the Location section of the Event Form.
