RAs
The RA Retreat is one of the many ways in which Resident Assistants (RAs) and professional staff within Residence Life at Loyola University Chicago come together to help foster the community, spirit, and leadership of the Department of Residence Life within the context of Loyola’s Jesuit mission. RAs and professional staff will engage in fun small and large group activities, the challenge course, reflection, and team formation. The retreat also serves as another way for professional staff and RAs to further cultivate the four core values of their Department which are care, community, diversity, faith, justice, and leadership.
