Bio

Ralen is new to the world of higher education – she began her career in the Recruiting & Talent Acquisition field in 2019. While completing her Master of Business Administration at DeVry University, she worked full-time on a Talent Acquisition team, where she primarily focused on integration of various HR teams and the standardization of talent operations. Before starting her new role at Loyola, Ralen held unique recruiting roles, where she found her true passions in relationship management and process improvement. Ralen was a musician for 12 years, so music is incredibly significant in her life. She loves to see her favorite artists live at concerts or enjoy local DJs at neighborhood venues. She also loves the experience of food and believes that Chicago is the best food city in the world. 

Ralen is enthusiastic about fostering impactful and convivial relationships. She is the primary point of contact for the finance, accounting, advertising, and technology industries. Ralen is located at the Water Tower Campus, in Corboy Law Center on the eighth floor.
