Taylor Kinn, MA

Director of Career Communities

Bio

Taylor Kinn (she/her) serves as the Director of Career Communities for Career Services. In this role she provides leadership and strategy for the student facing career advising staff and our career community model. Taylor has ten years of experience working within career offices focused on advising, programming, and instruction. Prior to Loyola she supported students, employers, and alumni at Northwestern University, Lawrence University, University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and Indiana University.  

Taylor holds a BA in Anthropology, Sociology and Spanish from Cornell College and an M.S. Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University.  

Outside of the office Taylor loves adventures outdoors and in the kitchen with her husband and son. She encourages students to remember that their career path is a journey and it’s not only okay but expected not to have all steps on their journey figured out – Career Services is here to help!
