For Groups
Programs built with you, for you.
Sometimes, an out-of-the-box solution just doesn't fit. That's why we love partnering with clients to design and deliver custom programs. What issues or challenges does your team or organization face? We can help you build a program tailored to meet your exact needs.
Our Process
We develop your custom program through a flexible four-step process. First, we meet with your managers to understand your strategic goals and challenges, which helps us define the program and set learning objectives. Next, we conduct a needs analysis and collaborate on a tailored curriculum, followed by program delivery by Loyola faculty and industry experts. Finally, we review feedback with your management teams for continuous improvement.
Invest in Custom-Driven Outcomes
Fees are based on the level of customization, development, and delivery time, and vary by project.
Tailored Learning Environments Available
Programs can be delivered onsite at your organization or held at one of several Loyola facilities at no additional charge, including the Schreiber Center on Loyola’s Water Tower campus in downtown Chicago, the LUREC retreat campus in Woodstock, Illinois, and the Cuneo Mansion and Gardens in Lake County.
Meaningful Change
"Social Current was thrilled with our partnership with Loyola University Chicago. We worked closely with their staff and faculty to design a leadership program that benefited both our students and staff. Together, the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) and Loyola delivered a top-tier experience for public and private social sector leaders, driving meaningful change. We were especially grateful for Kayla Gustafson’s professionalism in elevating the ELI program to meet the needs of next-generation leaders in the human services sector."
Robena Spangler, Sr. Director, Social CurrentCustom Collaboration
"EPEC has been an outstanding partner in developing and delivering a custom Certificate of Business Acumen for our fellowship program. They collaborated closely with us to design the curriculum, respond to our feedback, recruit top-quality instructors, and integrate our fellows into the Loyola community. The EPEC team has consistently supported our fellows in both virtual and in-person learning environments, providing valuable resources beyond the classroom to ensure the success of our participants."
