Luther, Kenneth
Instructor
Dr. Luther is here after 24 years in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Valparaiso University, including eight years as department chair. He did his graduate work in the previous century: an M.S. in Mathematics at the University of Delaware (1991), and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Indiana University (1998). His area of research was mathematical modeling of groundwater flow using the analytic element method. In between those degrees, he worked in the Division of Underwater Acoustics at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C. He enjoys being able to focus on teaching in his later career, although he loves listening to other people talk about their research.
