Ignatian Contemplation Retreat

‌‌Given the frenzied pace of modern life, it can become increasingly difficult to find the time for self-reflection and spiritual renewal. However, everyone needs and deserves time to connect more deeply with their faith, spiritual journey, and relationship with God.

The Ignatian Contemplation Retreat provides time for personal reflection and solitude. The retreat is built on entering into a time of quiet reflection and meditation. After offering an orientation to the retreat, participants are invited into two days of silence. A few optional sessions on Ignatian spirituality will be presented. Spiritual direction will be available throughout the retreat.
