Instructor Oh joined Quinlan as an Adjunct Instructor in 2016.  His academic focus is in the field of Information Technology and Information Systems and Design and he has over twenty years of Information Technology experience with medium to large organizations.  Instructor Oh brings his firsthand knowledge of systems analysis and design and leveraging IT as a strategic advantage to his courses.
