- University Webinar Series
- SGLC first encouraged the University Marketing and Communications Department to take a different approach to communication throughout COVID-19 times in June of 2020, advocating for a webinar series focused on different areas of campus life in the Fall. SGLC also helped in finding student speakers to provide their perspectives on this unique academic year.
- General Input/Feedback
- SGLC likewise has provided feedback to various administrators such as President Rooney, Provost Grzywacz, VP Jane Neufeld, and CAS Dean Schraeder on student needs and concerns this Fall semester. This ranged from residence hall, academic, and health compliance considerations in the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Student Advisory Group
- Lastly, President Maddie Drescher and Vice President Martin Flores convened a Student Advisory Group of 12 undergraduate students from around campus to provide honest feedback and input directly to Senior administrators. Topics covered in these bi-weekly meetings include COVID response, residence halls, academics, and University Communications.
