What is your favorite thing about working at Loyola?
Being able to help students, staff and visitors.
What is your most memorable achievement as a Loyola employee?
Earning a bachelor's degree in Accounting and subsequently passing the CPA exam.
What does Loyola's mission mean to you?
It has been my experience that "service of humantiy" is the foundation of our mission. With service as a focus, the other elements of the mission arise from our actions.
What motivates you to succeed each and every day?
Two often overlooked components of success are support and marginal gains. Without a strong support structure, very few people find themselves achieving their goals. Without attnetion to detail, those minor marginal things that get lost in the shuffle, again people find themselves wondering what went wrong. Much of my days are spent supporting the people around me; and hopefully being supported by them as well. Knowing that I can help our students and staff achieve things they may not have thought possible is a tremendous motivation for me.
