Graduate Medical Education: Loyola Medicine, Loyola/Stritch’s academic medical center partner, offers residency and fellowship programs for several specialties. Continuing Medical Education promotes lifelong learning to help healthcare professionals throughout their careers continue to acquire and hone the knowledge and skills required to practice medicine.
Other educational units within Stritch: The Ralph P. Leischner, Jr, MD, Department of Medical Education (DME), promotes innovation, best practices, and leadership in medical and related health sciences education. DME’s academic educators focus on teaching and pedagogical scholarship to train the next generation of educators in academic medicine.
