Spring 2025 Allocations Timeline

Monday, January 20th	SPOT Cycle Opens at 9am on LUCommunity
Thursday, January 23rd	Allocations Budget Workshop IES 124 from 5-6pm
Friday, January 31st	SPOT Cycle Closes at 5pm on LUCommunity
Tuesday, February 11th	Letters sent out
Sunday, February 16th	Appeals due on LUCommunity
Tuesday, February 25th	First possible SPOT events (without contracts)
Friday, February 14th	Rolling Funds Cycles  Opens at 9am on LUCommunity
Friday, February 14th - Wednesday, April 2nd	Rolling Funds Cycles Due every Wednesday at 5pm, re-open every Friday at 9am on LUCommunity
March 3-8	Spring Break
Monday, March 24th	Fall 2025 SBR  Opens at 9am on LUCommunity
Friday, April 4th	Fall 2025 SBR Closes at 5pm on LUCommunity
Tuesday, April 15th	Letters sent out
April 17-21	Easter Break
Sunday, April 20th	Appeals Due on LUCommunity
