Janice ParksJanice Parks is a distinguished global Fortune 100 strategic human resources leader with 20+ years of experience. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Duly Health and Care, the largest independent multi-specialty, physician-directed medical group in the Midwest. Prior to that, Parks held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer, for First Hospitality, a private hospitality and real estate ownership group for global hotel brands.

Parks HR career began in 2005 with McDonald’s Corporation, where she steadily advanced into various HR roles. Her 14 years with the company culminated in her role as Global Human Resources Officer, overseeing HR strategy, and HR teams across the US, supporting operations and franchisees.

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Parks, lead communications for PacifiCare Health Systems, the County of Orange, California, and the United Way. Her initiatives generated consumer awareness, fostered business sustainability, and extended outreach to underserved communities.

Parks holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and National Association of African Americans in HR (NAAAHR), in Chicago.
