Thomas M. Kelly
Sr. VP for Administration
Thomas M. Kelly became Sr. Vice President for Administration in 2011. He serves on the President’s senior leadership team and champions university wide efforts in equity & compliance, intercollegiate athletics, campus police and safety and emergency response. He coordinates other campus wide administrative services such as human resources, information technology and student development.
Kelly is a pragmatic and strategic partner in developing and implementing people and process strategies across the University. He joined Loyola University Chicago as the Vice President for Human Resources (CHRO) in 1999. Previously, Kelly served at DePaul University for over 13 years in various Human Resource Management roles. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies in 1985 from St. Mary’s College Seminary. Kelly earned a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University in 1992 and has been admitted to the state bar in Illinois.
