All Stars Project (ASP) is a national nonprofit that uses a performance-based approach to help tens of thousands of inner-city youth and their families create success in their lives. Their approach includes the Development School for Youth, where young people ages 16 to 21 learn to perform as professionals and partner with business leaders across the country who conduct development workshops and provide paid summer internships at their companies. In addition, the All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) involves young people, ages 5 to 25 in performing and producing hip-hop talent shows in their neighborhoods.
