Women in Family Business
Our annual women's event featured a delightful conversation with Meghan Juday, Chair of the Board of IDEAL Industries.
Meghan’s path to leadership at the board level, in business, and in her community was creative and non-traditional. She’ll share some of the challenges and opportunities of being the first female board chair and only female on the board, and what inspired her to establish the Lodis Forum.
Meghan's compelling and inspirational conversation covered the following topics:
- Women leading at the board level
- Women's voices — preparing to lead and participate — what skills do you need?
- Mentors and coaches in the board space
- Your path to board service and leadership — your story
- The Lodis Forum
- If not you, then who?
