Annual Staff Performance Evaluation

Dear colleagues,
Loyola University Chicago is dedicated to providing staff with professional development opportunities that are designed to foster our collective commitment to enhancing and advancing our productive success in the workplace. In the spirit of promoting reflection and assessment, Human Resources is requesting participation in the annual performance review process now through December 31 for those holding a staff position.
The Annual Staff Performance Review is an individual development tool that provides supervisors and staff with space to discuss and document workplace performance activities completed during the current year as well as goals and objectives for the upcoming year.
We appreciate your personal interest in furthering the professional development experience through receiving and sharing feedback as an active participant in the process. Your engagement reflects support of both University initiatives and individual endeavors.
