Attending the Spring 2025 Webinar Series is a quick and easy way to learn more about the abundance of instructional and research technology tools available at Loyola. Each 45 minute webinar focuses on a separate topic, and you can register for a single session or any combination of sessions. A panel of moderators will be available to answer questions throughout these webinars.
Sakai and integrated tools supported at Loyola offer a variety of ways for students to engage with one another and with teaching staff. Join this session to learn about the various asynchronous discussion tools available to enhance learning and engagement. Learning Technologies & Innovation staff will guide you through a showcase of tools—including some lesser-known tools such as Piazza—and their recommended applications for your instructional needs.

Beyond the native tools in our Sakai LMS, there are a few other technologies to utilize for assignments in your class! Join this session to learn about how to engage your students with assignment options in Panopto, VoiceThread, and Top Hat. Using these resources, you can choose from a variety of activities ranging from in-class icebreaker questions to audio and video recording.
