Lynn Hanley
About
Prior to forming the Hanley Law Office, Ms. Hanley was an Associate at Timm & Garfinkel, LLC, where she concentrated on commercial real estate law, land use and leasing. Prior to joining Timm & Garfinkel, LLC, Ms. Hanley was an Associate at the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, primarily focusing on real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters. She also assisted clients on property tax and property tax exemption matters, as well as eminent domain cases.
Ms. Hanley has taught Real Estate Transactions and Land Use Law classes at Loyola University Chicago Law School and the University of Richmond School of Law in Richmond, Virginia.
Ms. Hanley received her bachelor's degree in History from Miami University, a master's degree in American History from Xavier University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
Ms. Hanley's principal areas of concentration include residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use and property tax matters.
