Morgan Rosenberg

About

Morgan Rosenberg mediates Title IX cases for universities around the country and mediates in Illinois in matters involving family issues (guardianship, parenting agreements, divorce, and post-decree divorce), torts, contracts, employment issues, as well as adult and child misdemeanors. Rosenberg also volunteers for the Center for Conflict Resolution as she has for the last seventeen years and serves on the Peer Review Committee. She was recognized as the “Peacemaker of the Year,” the highest award a volunteer can receive at the Center for Conflict Resolution Chicago in 2010.

Since 2008, Rosenberg has also worked as a consultant, facilitator, and adjunct faculty member. As a facilitator she has worked with a wide variety of clients including the Federal Reserve Bank, the U.S. Forestry Service, as well as corporate, nonprofit, and educational institutions in the region. As an adjunct instructor she previously taught courses on Forensic Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Conflict Resolution, and Conflict Management at the Chicago School for Professional Psychology and Dominican University. Rosenberg also works as a coach and guest lecturer for the Northwestern School of Continuing Studies, the Center for Conflict Resolution, and the Center for Dispute Resolution at Northwestern Law School in courses on negotiation, mediation, and mediation advocacy. She teaches negotiation, client counseling, and mediation advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and Negotiation and Conflict Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola.

In summer 2020, Rosenberg was selected to serve in the inaugural cohort of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Liaisons by the Associate Provost for Academic Diversity at Loyola University Chicago. As a DEI liaison, she led and facilitated trainings related to promoting inclusivity and diversity, and served as a diversity advocate on faculty hiring committees. She also has served as a consultant for the Office of the Provost. Currently, she works as an independent consultant providing mindful conflict management services, dispute resolution design, health coaching and process facilitation in the educational, corporate, and healthcare environments.
