Mr. Tresnowski is an attorney in the Special Litigation Bureau of the Public Interest Division of the Illinois Attorney General's Office. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Tresnowski handles complex investigations and affirmative litigation, including matters of high sensitivity and potential policy impact. Prior to becoming an AAG, Mr. Tresnowski litigated class and collective actions at worker-side labor and employment firm. Mr. Tresnowski was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James B. Zagel of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before his legal career, he taught middle school and high school in Washington D.C.
