The Business Law Society (BLS) brings together Loyola law students with an interest in business law. Our goal is to provide law students the opportunity to be introduced to the various career paths in business law, meet other students with similar interests, and gain insight from practicing lawyers in Chicago.

Events and Opportunities
BLS hosts a number of networking and mentorship opportunities, panel discussions with practicing attorneys, and career and curriculum information sessions each semester. Past events have included:
- Tours of law firms
- Inside look of a judge’s chambers
- Introduction to litigation and transactional practices
- Introduction to tax law
- Social gatherings
2024-2025 1L Class Representatives
There will be two representatives for each 1L section. Be on the lookout for applications to be shared in August/September.
