Women’s Law Society (WLS) is an affinity group, social, and service organization for female-identifying and non-binary individuals at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. The purpose of WLS is to educate students on issues that are of concern to women and develop programming that addresses those issues. WLS also works on the advancement of women in the legal profession and fostering community in the law school. WLS promotes communication between students and the legal community through a variety of activities, including fundraisers, mentoring programs, and guest lectures. Members have the opportunity to coordinate events, volunteer their services to benefit the community, as well as interact and learn from members of the legal community.
