The LUC Purchasing Department is dedicated to providing the most competitive acquisition of required goods and services for the University through effective, efficient, and compliant processes and procedures aligned with the University’s mission and goals.

Some of the additional services managed by the Purchasing Department include:

  • Sourcing/bidding
  • Key supplier relationship management
  • Processing of consolidated invoicing for various categories (e.g. copier fleet billing, outsourced printing, fuel credit card invoicing
  • Management of vending equipment
